Working with Barbara to engage young women in Elegant Grind network presented an opportunity to open up as young women and break fears of collaborating. The information she presented enabled me to do a personal audit and i discovered my strengths and hidden talents. Young Women in Elegant Grind network have a changed mindset too on how to build stategic partnerships. The response rate to the discussions she held was quite high as they were intriguing!
